Area Sales Manager Czech Republic (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
Purpose of the position:
- Support of existing customers in the Czech Republic and serving our Key Accounts in the packaging business
- Market development and protection of existing business in Poland (customer acquisition, project development)
- Market analysis to recognize new market requests, market developments and trends in the printing industry (Commercial print, packaging, barrier, tobacco etc.)
Your responsibilities:
- Strengthening of customer relationship by establishing personal contacts/ keeping strong contact to decision makers
- Acquisition of new customers
- Develop new contacts within existing customers
- Technical service on site with customers or via telecommunication medias
- Definition of target customers by considering the annual target achievement and possible individual task
- Commercial and technical management of dealers and distribution partners

Requirements
Your profile:
- Good negotiation skills, good communication skills and assertiveness
- Sales orientated and able to work in a dynamic market environment
- Willingness to travel
- Independence, flexibility, personal responsibility
- Resilience and ability to work in a team
Your education / experience:
- Min. completed professional training (printer)
- Multiple years of professional experience as print instructor in the printing industry or similar position
- Good English skills (both written and spoken) and the respective native language
- competent handling of common MS Office applications
