The sales representative will have three primary responsibilities,

1.) Driving sales growth within the Thermoplastic market in the assigned territory/customers with the current BYK product portfolio, and solution services, utilizing value selling techniques,

2.) Develop relationships with the key members of this market segment – Tier 1 suppliers, Compounders, & Converters.

3.) Assist in developing additive product opportunities by identifying unmet performance or esthetic needs in the targeted Thermoplastic end use segment.  The role will also include significant interaction with regional/global End Use Managers.

This position will report to the Sales Manager for the Thermoplastics, and will  be located in/near their assigned geography.  It is anticipated that travel will be required at least 50% of time, so access to a major airport will be considered.     As with any sales position, self-initiation will be critical as direct daily oversight will be limited.
