Regional Sales Manager, Paint Additives, Taiwan
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Manages sales target in an assigned geographic area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Ensure to meet finance target in sales activities
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiate commercials
- Accurately rolling forecasts of customers to ensure production plan and inventory preparation
- Coordinate with local distributors for entire regional business development
- Work with technical team for customer short term & long term project to ensure sustainable growth
- Dealing with customer complaint with support of technical team for customer satisfaction

Requirements
- A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred
- Minimum of seven years of working experience in Chemical industry
- 3-5 years sales experience in industry preferred
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication & negotiation skills
